Account and Data Deletion

In accordance with Google Play data safety policies and GDPR regulations, Vita Sustena gives you full control over your personal data.

How to delete your account: Open Vita Sustena on the website or in the app, go to User data, and tap Delete account. Confirm the request. Your account is kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically. You can cancel the request from User data during this period.

How to request deletion without installing the app: If you do not have the app installed, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.

What data is deleted: All profile data, dietary preferences, generated meal plans, meal feedback, favorite recipes, uploaded lab files and photos, hydration logs, and weight progress entries are completely and irreversibly removed.
